Thanks for the comment. I eat a lot of oatmeal, gritz, pasta, rice, lean turkey burgers, chicken breast, tuna, whole wheat bread, 2 weight gainer shakes a day. I try and take in about 4500 clean calories a day. I try and stay away from fat, so what I put on is clean size. Hope this helps :)
