Starting to Bulk again

Finally I am starting my bulking fase again after a long period of dieting for competition.

Breakfast 7.00 am

4 eggwhites + 1 scoop of protein powder

50 grams of whole wheat muesli

 

 

Meal 3 12.00

75 grams(dry) of brown rice

chickenbreast 1 piece about 200 gram

 

Meal 4 15:00

75 grams of brown rice

Steak 150 grams

Red Bull Light

 

Preworkout

1 dried fruit bar(fast acting sugars)

1 gram creatine monohydrate

1,5 gram L-Arginine

preworkout

Meal 5 19.00(post workout)

200 grams meat(low fat)

potatoes, whole wheat pasta or brown rice

200 grams of vegetables

1 gram creatine monohydrate

 

Meal 6  20.00-21.00

Low fat cottage cheese 250 grams

1 portion frozen cranberries

1,5 gram L-Arginine 

1 scoop protein powder

250 ml skimmed milk
