Thanks for the add Jason. I start off the most heaviest weights first as well. I.e I will start on deadlifts first on back day or Squats or Leg Presses on leg day. Like yourself I find i can lift more at the sttart of the workout.

Long cuts are the way to go for me. My glute fat is pretty thick too so it's going to take some convincing to get it off. I'm still moderately lean everywhere else. I might start my log sometime in January, but we'll see.
