You have shown the drive and determination needed to build a competition ready body and you have done it naturally and I congratulate you. Thanks for the add Jason. I start off the most heaviest weights first as well.
I.e I will start on deadlifts first on back day or Squats or Leg Presses on leg day. Like yourself I find i can lift more at the sttart of the workout.
Thanks, I've been following your progress too. I'm messing around with the diet right now. I'll find out on Tuesday what sort of adjustments I need to make.
Long cuts are the way to go for me. My glute fat is pretty thick too so it's going to take some convincing to get it off. I'm still moderately lean everywhere else. I might start my log sometime in January, but we'll see.
