Got tired of being heavy with no definition, Got a couple of buddies that were serious about it, and just started...Haven't put the steel down since.
Why I Love It:
Once I started seeing the results, and how dramatically my body changed in the just the amount of time I've been at it, I wanted to keep it up, and inspire others to do the same.
How I Stay Motivated:
One word. Females...ok so thats not the only reason, I want to like what I see in the mirror and seeing the results from the hard work I put in makes me want to keep going, and go harder. Honestly, its like religion to me now...even on my off days I have to do stomach and cardio on the treadmill. If I do nothing, I just feel bogged down, and miserable about myself.

He gave me advice and support back in October when I first started getting serious with lifting, I also followed his workout routine for the past 10 months and have seen amazing results in both strength and mass. If you are stuck, or need advice this is the guy to ask because he is willing to help you reach your goals!

Well first off its always safer to work out with a spotter, just in case. Wow...Well I continued to work out straight thru the beginning of June when I had to have surgery on my head to remove a mass of scar tissue that was starting to affect my vision. At anyrate they told me I couldnt work out for a month, and then with my workout partner on vacation with...

things are going good. i hit 195 today. goal was 200 before i start to lean up for summer. i think i can do it. you have great abs man. thats what i want this summer..be topless and show em off! haha
