How I Started:
I started lifting for sports mainly football I played a litlle in college I suffered a bad shoulder injury and havent lifted for 3 years so it feels good to train again.
Why I Love It:
I love the pain of it and I love the good feel of it. I love trying to improve myself sense I don't play football anymore, I compete against myself. I love experimenting with new ideas and making them my own by tweaking it.

First day back training after two hard week of training and getting back into it, I got the flu and now my first day back I'm weak as shit and it sucks I did chest and Bi's today felt weak at first but I felt a little better toward the end. Now I need to start eating right so if anybody have...
