I started lifting for sports mainly football I played a litlle in college I suffered a bad shoulder injury and havent lifted for 3 years so it feels good to train again.
Why I Love It:
I love the pain of it and I love the good feel of it. I love trying to improve myself sense I don't play football anymore, I compete against myself. I love experimenting with new ideas and making them my own by tweaking it.

No problem :) The six-pack goal is going really well...always thought I had a pretty small waist, but I've lost 2 inches off of it, so it's gotta happen soon LOL Well that's nice you'll have a workout partner...what kind of workouts are you doing?

It's been a nice summer, everything is a new experience this year...and it's going by very fast. How is New Orleans? Sweltering yet?! Omg, I dont know how you guys do it! When I lived in FL, I didnt even want to step outside in August...
Actually it's been going pretty well, I've accomplished what I set out to do, now I just have to see if it will make a difference in the Fall. How about you?
