MissPetitte oh nice ~~ for upper body i used to pretty much neglect my shoulders and triceps but now i really love working out shoulders and biceps :D !! but yet, still my favorite upper body part is back :D i cant really do back and bicep on the same day because my biceps gets too tired from back :( so i usually do just back alone, and arms separate ~ do you know good workouts for shoulders?
