How I Started:
I have been active my whole life. Starting with soccer which I played for my whole childhood. I started putting on size my senior year of highschool because I was tired of being the skinny fast short kid. I joined the marines right out of highschool and was able to further my fitness goals.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding has become my life, I enjoy every part of it. From the nutrition to the lifting I love it. It is my meditation from a hectic life and I am excited all day till I am in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated through my results and the results of other.

I just keep it simple with triceps - flat bar and v bar pressdowns, first few set high reps to realy burn, then V heavy on the v bar. also did weighted bench dips, diamond pushups and 1 arm rope pressdowns.
