Best friend was a personal trainer and I admired his motivation so I followed in his footsteps and never looked backed!
Why I Love It:
Love the results and I love to see people take a double take at the gym. It just feels good to push your body to the limit or past it!
How I Stay Motivated:
The military keeps me motivated and just wanting to be at the top of my game America doesnt want lazy soldiers right!

My overall goal is to gain about 20 to 25 lbs within the next 6 months. The reason for this goal because Im thinking about getting back into modeling or maybe going pro. I have always been I small guy but as I get older I want something new. So my overal goal is to become as ripped as possible without being too extreme and to be mentally as well as physically fit. Willing to hear any positive suggestions.
