At the end September 2007 I decided it was time to change. I was becoming more and more dependant on alcohol. My body was a wreck from daily drinking, smoking, and 2 years in a desk job.
At only 21, weighing in at 84kg, with a 37" waist, and just 173cm tall. I was unhappy about my body and my image. It was time to take action.
Why I Love It:
The feeling of exhaustion after cardio and weight training, the fulfilment that I'm building a stronger body.
How I Stay Motivated:
Pictures of me before October 07 :)
Watching 300.
BB Accomplishments:
Down 20lbs; 5" off waist, body fat down 10%

Came back from 6 week holiday overseas. Heaps of water retention, loss of muscle mass.
GEtting back on track. Abs starting to raise. Need more oblique work
Just finished a 6 week bulk. Went very well, just took a week after and spent it in the boxing ring to quickly remove the extra fat I had put on. Back down to lean body fat. On callipers it's 9.5, I think its about a true 11 or something.
Just keep grinding away, lifting as heavy as you can. I also did 40 minutes of cardio after each lifting session. Using fitday.com helped to keep my cals/macros in check. Good luck, and thanks!
