Eh, im not really into the whole ripptoe thing. I like the powerlifting concepts and 5x5, but i also like more hypertrophy/bodybuilding workouts. I do a combination of both which i think is optimal
mm if u ask me stat strenght from the gym..get there in shape start slowly every exersize from 15 reps then switch proggram to harder one..mm took me like 10 mounth i got 10 kilos of musculs, wasnt eating right thought..But hey thats my body urs is differente so , maybe it will tae u event less time who knows..any way train hard , dont skeep trainings and eat right and its gona be fine beleve me :)
There is nothing better then a gym..But , if u decise training at home u can do shoulders press , bench and many other exersices..i cant wright them all cuz there is planny..
