Have been training on and off since high school. I have always been a health nut. Recently started lifting seriously starting on april 2008 adding supplements and eating 6 to 7 meals a day.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me feeling and looking young, and I love that pump you get after a good workout. Plus i do it for the health benefits.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror everyday and seeing those rips and cuts. Those little changes
BB Accomplishments:
So far gaining my weight back from 109 pounds to now at 130. Starting to get more definition.

THURSDAY Shoulders,calfs,abs
FRIDAY Biceps&Triceps,abs
SAT/ SUNDAY REST
like to do 2sets15 & 2sets12 for most exercises

Sorry to hear about everything man. I hope it gets better and you can figure something out. I have been busy as hell, I am getting ready for my third deployment and have a lot of things to get in line before I start all of my training.
