Have been training on and off since high school. I have always been a health nut. Recently started lifting seriously starting on april 2008 adding supplements and eating 6 to 7 meals a day.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me feeling and looking young, and I love that pump you get after a good workout. Plus i do it for the health benefits.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror everyday and seeing those rips and cuts. Those little changes
BB Accomplishments:
So far gaining my weight back from 109 pounds to now at 130. Starting to get more definition.

TUESDAY Chest,2 execises for triceps,abs
WEDSDAY Back 2 exercises for biceps, abs,10 min cardio
THURSDAY Shoulders,calfs,abs
FRIDAY Biceps&Triceps,abs
SAT/ SUNDAY REST
like to do 2sets15 & 2sets12 for most exercises
Hey there SEXY...How was your wk? My trainer(Hubby) was out of town all wk so I was on my own w/my dieting & training. I just hope dat my pix will reflect + not - We are going to a wedding 2mro so I've changed my cheat day from Sun. 2 Sat. Dat jus means I will be posting wk 4's new progress pix sometime in da a.m. so stop by over the wknd & check them out! Ur SUPPORT means a lot 2 me!
