To gain 8lbs. of lean mass in the next 6 weeks
Goal (Long):
In the next 6 weeks i want to gain at least 8 - 10 lbs. and then lose the belly that has begun to take shape. I want people to look at me and see that I work out, so that I can feel better about myself. I know that losing the belly fat will take longer, but in 4 months I will reach my desired look and then continue adding to the lean mass i have gained.
