Go to failure, then lower weight and repeat. If you aren't hurting the next day then you didn't do it right.

Eat every two hours
Usually start breakfast out making healthy pancakes that I've seen Flex Lewis make. ( blend 6 egg whites, one cup of oat flour, two scoops of protein powder, and a banana, then cook the batter on the stove to make pancakes.) This makes two servings so I can have then the next day as well. Then I'll add peanut butter and sugar free syrup. I always feel like I'm cheating but they have plenty of carbs and protein. throughout the rest of the day, every two hours it's whole wheat pasta and 6oz lean ground turkey or grilled chicken with some Franks red hot.gets pretty boring after a while but it keeps the metabolism up and provides the right amount of carbs and protein through out the day. Also, I always drink a gallon of water a day at minimum.
