When I Started:
May, 2005
How I Started:
A bad relationship made me want to change my body and become something everybody wanted. I went from out of shape 310 to a toned 240. I then discovered an amature strongman Competition and began training for that. I bulked up to 295lbs and have crazy strenght. Now I want to drop back down to 230lbs. Im ready for bodybuilding again.
Why I Love It:
To me its a way to relieve stress. I love the gym and look forward to it everyday. I love watch my body grow and change. Its amazing and I dont want to be a number on the obese charts.
How I Stay Motivated:
Im a naturally driven person. I love to prove people wrong all the time. When I feel like I want to quit I just think back to all the girls that screwed me over in the past, and people I want to make jealous.
BB Accomplishments:
Im a work In progress, I have won the Ohio Strongest Teen strongman Competition in Xenia, last May. Now I want to bodybuild and compete at the strongman level.
lose atleast 8lbs per week. while trying to keep my muscle mass and strength.
Goal (Long):
My goal is to lose 100 lbs. I want to be at 240 lbs by June 2007. I think with the muscle mass I have developed and My desire to become ripped, I will be ready for my first contest.
hey man whats going on. me juust prepping for another comp in july of 07. so are u keepong on track with the 8 lbs a week thing. be careful because loosing that much weight w/o the right diet can lead to muscle loss.
Hey Jesse, Loosing 8lbs of fat per week is a pretty agressive goal. Make sure you have your diet dialed in. Keep updating us with your progress. And always, keep training strong.
Thanks for the compliment. those are some pretty good numbers bro. have you ever considered dropping the creatine to help you shed some water weight? Look into it
Thanks bro! It can be done, just a little dedication, and a cheat day. Like a reward, then it gets to a point, where u feel bad on cheat day lol! Good luck with your goal.
thanks again..my arms are really tough, Im pretty strong, they just dont have much too them! but then again I started from scratch after a somewhat major shoulder surgery so I guess my progress will be kinda slow.
