jwojochanged Weight from 227 lbs. to 225 lbs., a 2 lb. loss in 6 days
Now that I'm older and dealing with a history of miscellaneous injuries, I'm beyond heavy lifting...so for the most part I keep my reps between 10 to 12...sometime even higher.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I try to rest only long enough to catch my breath...I like to keep up the pace and move from set to set, exercise to exercise pretty quickly.
You are the ONLY one responsible for getting the physique you want and this is a goal that you CAN achieve…PERIOD!
You can go on and on about how some people have quicker metabolisms and better genetics than you…and you can go on and on about how difficult it is to make time to workout...
