Do WORK son!!! This bold shiot is crazy son, Im liftin heavier weights and they dont feel heavier at all. Im hopin to put up 100s in two weeks on flat bench. When I add HAVOC too....gym destruction!!! Some guy asked me if I was on somethin cause I was doin cable pushdowns with the entire stack of weights, only like 5 times....but it was still awesome
