wanted a change in my life. tired of being tired and overweight. tired of the smart-ass remarks about my weight
Why I Love It:
other than getting fit and healthier, a BIG stress buster. I need to work out or I am grumpy as hell
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't want to look like I did (eventhough I don't feel like a look very good now) Plus, gives me engery for later and now, after getting over the first stages of ambarresment of going to the gym,I love it now.

Goal (Long):
To maintain 170-175lb. but with a BF% of 12.5-14. Have better definition, strength and agility. Would eventually like to help/train other, but have a LONG way to go for that. I just don't wanna stop!
The way this man works. Always in the gym (too early for me though), get's it done, takes care of things and family and still makes progress and has been eating clean!! (wish I could do that) Keep pushing it Al.

only for me it has helped. everyone else complains because they think I'm at the gym too much, but don't want to do anything them selves to get better. we all need "me" time and i found what i like

i definitely got it now!!! i am proud of myself because i wasn't even supposed to get in there tonight bcuz of two appts. but they cancelled and instead of punking out i went!
I was once playing catch with my kids after leg day and made them run after the ball and pick it up if I missed it. My hammies were on FIRE. The purpose of me working out is to keep up with them ;S I don't know why you feel bad about your pics. I think you have a great look to you. Maybe your expectations don't meet up with how you look (which is fine because you've got goals), but you look great nonetheless.
Knowing when to say when is hard to do especially when you're feeling PUMPED, LOL. I'm still feeling my way through figuring out when to push it and when it's OK to hold back a bit. It doesn't make sense to feel worse after working out than it does when you don't work out at all.
Oh good, I'm glad you're not one of those people who work through the discomfort, haha (I did that with deadlifts figuring what's a few more?). And (re: leg press) it's a great feeling when you outdo yourself, isn't it?
yea man i makes sure on leg days i hit those up. I dont care what anyone thinks about it now but ur right u do see all the ladies doing it. But they do great things for us dudes too. So Imma keep at it.
