How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
only for me it has helped. everyone else complains because they think I'm at the gym too much, but don't want to do anything them selves to get better. we all need "me" time and i found what i like

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
..but damn,it was great. Can you guess what day it as?.....yes..LEGS. (with a little ab chaser). Started with 14.5 min on treadmill, varying speed and incline, and walked backwards for a few minutes as well (on incline 15 at 2.2). Did my stretching and on with it.
def deserve a good a$$ kicking! i have had such a hard time getting the gumption to go. i did go tonight and almost passed out. i want to keep at a steady pace til i leave the country. what have you been up to?
Thanks for the feedback man. Did you tackle all the stuff you had on your shoulders on Friday? Sounded like a handfull. New week ahead of us, time to zero in on our goals man, the workweek always has $hit to throw at us.
i have been hiding because i am so ashamed of myself. i don't deserve to blog. i really lost my edge in the gym. tonight i almost passed out right next to the stair master. how are you doing?
Thanks for the welcome back - and yeah, I'm still in recovery it seems. The time change is doing a real number on me. I hope to be recovered before heading to work on Monday!
I used to bowl but I was never very good. My average was about 160. I still have my ball and shoes but haven't used them in years. It's a fun past-time.
It says that YOU are seriously hardcore..too strong for even gloves to provide total protection!! Do you remember the album Love Gun?? My little neighbor and I listened to that over and over again...matter of fact I have Rocket Ride on my ipod now. Lol!
Hey you...if you were there i'm sure i would have a different take on it. when i'm done i just start thinking of all the stuff that yet remains..i'm not whining but it's just me so its off the treadmill to my parental duties. most evening i'm too tired to listen but i do cause i don't want her talking to anyone else you know!
I hear you! I'm bad with chocolate. If I start eating chocolate, I can't stop, so I just don't let myself start anymore. The body is an amazing thing, and it's amazing how it can make you feel when it wants something, even if it doesn't really need it!
