How did the Mount Marathon go? I saw on the news it looked pretty hot and a lot of people suffering from dehydration.

Thankyou, I worked hard and am happy it paid off. I wish I could have seen you guys after the show, but I was kept backstage with the pros for the drug test. I really appreciate the support from all that came, it means a lot to me. How are things with you? Anything that I can ever help with, let me know.

Great job on your first week, I know getting through that first week can be pretty tough. It sounds like you have all the tools necessary to reach your goals. It was very exciting to see Geoff win the whole show. We spent 6 hard months training and we have really helped eachother in so many ways. The diet, cardio, and weight training program I put together for us worked absoltue wonders. Anyway keep up the good work and stay strong, before you know it you will look and feel like a new person.

Hello
My name is Josh, I am the new male trainer for the Fitness Place. You must be Angie's Husband. I just wanted to say hello and I know Angie is a great traininer but if you have any questions feel free to ask. I think it is great that you are on here. It can be hard to stay motivated and bodybuilding.com has really helped me. Anyway have a great day and hope to see you around.
Josh
