How I Started:
I was out of shape and started getting fat and I simply got fed up with it. I developed a passion for natural bodybuilding and have not looked back. That was about 3 years ago.
Why I Love It:
The accomplished feeling I get everytime I leave the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I always have a plan whether it being a competition or just a clean off season, you need to have goals.
BB Accomplishments:
2008 ABFF Anchorage Natural Pro-Am Overall Winner. Earned Natural Pro Card.
My first competition was at the 2007 Alaska State Bodybuilding Championships. I Took 2nd in men's novice. I realized at this show how much I loved the sport.

I have started up again but I have to work Tues-Thurs from 8a to 9p so I'm only working out on Fri-Mon. I'll see you in the gym on Friday, I have to work in the morning.
I'm really liking the OT workout. It went really well. Two weeks into it and I'm still sore for a couple of days after each workout. How's yours been going?
Not to bad,been bulking for a couple weeks and iv put back on alot of the strength i lost and some size on my chest.The new routine im trying out kicks my ass, but thats always a good thing i guess. Hows ur training going?
Im gonna be in college for the october show sadly. But im gonna put off competing for a year or so cus i want to put on at least 15lbs more of solid muscle before i compete again. my dad is bulking at the moment and plans to compete in next years local show....whenever that may be.
