Be strong, fast and injury-proof. I am not interested in anything that doesn't make me stronger. Period.
Goal (Long):
As a personal trainer in Caldwell, Idaho, my goals are simple: Ensure client success through the five fitness components of proper nutrition, proper cardiorespiratory training, resistance training, supplement coaching and professional program design.
Though these are the building blocks, the mortar that holds it all together is sweat, sweat and more sweat!
