I got started because I look at myself and see where improvements can be made. I have a great desire to look awesome and be healthy.
Why I Love It:
I feel so good knowing that I'm doing something for myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing what others have accomplished helps keep me going.

That I'm loving it! Seeing the changes is a major source of motivation for me.
I have always wanted to lose about 20 lbs and have an Angelina Jolie/Pamela-Anderson-body type but never seemed to quite make it all the way there. Even Marine Corp bootcamp didn't achieve my desired results.
I want to achieve this because it is something I've always wanted. It will also assist my health and well-being.
I have already started with Turbo Jam and have been exercising atleast four days a week for two weeks now.
SUPPLEMENTS: Some interesting info for those of you taking Omegas - ALA are the ones that do NOT support better cardio health. It is the EPA's and DHA's of which should be taken 500-1000 mg daily.

Can't cook I could burn water. Didn't take diet to serious hit the weights and protien hard for the past two weeks and gained 5 lbs. just started counting carbs on friday Hungry!!!!!! If you know any healthy recipies please share
