Background

When I Started: Jan 2009
HOW I STARTED:

I was a young kid, always with a small stature so I got picked on a lot. I went through hell and back with family problems, school problems, moving problems, and even marriage problems. There was always one thing that was always there for me, without question.. The Gym! I am currently training for the Marine Corps, I ship out in April. I am out to prove that I am the best that I can and will be!

WHY I LOVE IT:

Lifting, running, cardio, any type of exercise has put me at ease whenever I have anger issues, or stress.

first pyrimid workout

for about a year and a half I have been with the same old 3 days a week workout at the gym and seeing little progress, of course this was before I knew that I had to also eat right in order to make lean muscle gains. Yesterday I was talking to my roommate, a 25+ year bodybuilding veteran with 19 inch arms who suggested that a body my size, I needed to start bulking while performing a lot of cardio and ab excercises in order to receieve lean muscle mass as well as maintaining a low body fat (- 12% and counting).
