How I Started:
I started lifting for football in high school and got hooked. Used to be an offensive/ defensive lineman. lost weight and have been gaining muscle back after shoulder surgery January '06.
Why I Love It:
I love lifting and running, they really clear my head and make me feel good. I'm interested in nutrition too.

Thnx bro - after boot camp (92) I couldn't stand sweets! Taking out soda, candy, chips and the like was a big move. Just got in the habit of eating lotsa wholesome meals - meat, starch & veggies with each meal! But I found I need at LEAST four meals to maintain 200lbs., five or six to make any gains - blame it on crazy fast metabolism!
