Transform My Body
Goal (Overall):
To loose as much body fat as I can and put on more muscle.
Goal (Long):
I was a Marine and became paralysed because of a doctors mistake. I learned how to walk again and now 5 years later I feel that I can get my body back to what it used to be. I started working out at the beginning of this year again and made some big jumps and improvements. I have my strenght at a level where I'm ready to start transforming my body. I have signed up for team fitnesspoynters Psychotic Fat Destruction plan. At the end of my plan I'll put up pictures from beginning to end.

I want to LOSE 40 lb
