When I Started:

How I Started:
I got started into working out when I was 5 years old. I would go the gym with my father and I took Karate. I kept going to the gym with my dad, when ever he would bring me with him. I didn't get real serious into working out until I graduated from high school in 2005. I was just starting to go to college and I was starting my training to become a bodybuilder. But, Hurricane Katrina came and put my plans on hold. Now I am back on my path to becoming a bodybuilder.
Why I Love It:
Working out is my way of clearing my head and relaxing myself. Working out is like a addiction for me because if I don't work out I feel bad and guilty.
How I Stay Motivated:
Wanting to be fit and healthy. I also want to look good for myself.

I want to try and get in shape to compete in 2010.
Goal (Long):
I want to get in shape before I try and become a part time personal trainer while I am in the Air Force. To get in shape so I can always be fit to fight and combat ready.
Vegetarian diet? Are you raw vegan, vegan, lacto/ovo or pescetarian? Ha ha, its going to be fun either way.
However, raw vegan would probably get you to 8% the fastest. If you can stomach it.
You can make your fitness dreams come true. I lost over 50 lb’s and dropped my bodyfat from 36% to 10% and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. It’s not super easy but still not so hard that you can’t reach your goals. Push yourself (possibly out of your comfort zone) and the results will be well worth the effort. Contact us for more info.
