My Workout Program

For the first 8 weeks I plan to focus on cardio to lose the excess fat (around 35 lbs.) During the last 4 weeks I plan to add as much muscle as I can (around 25 lbs). When Im finished I want to weigh 200 lbs at 10% body fat.
