How I Started:
I have always gone to the gym to stay in shape. But once I hit 40 I realized I had more work to do.
Why I Love It:
It is a great release of daily tension. After my divorce I found it very helpful to get out there and be with others and make friends.

How many days per week do you do cardio?
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I would like to get it to 7 but tough with my schedule.
