Background

When I Started: Oct 2008
HOW I STARTED:

I used to weigh 230 lbs, and got tired of being fat and out of shape. Plus being that big made me slow for hockey. Also, I have never had very many friends, i had skin problems, high blood pressure, no girls liked me, and life just was not that great. One day my hockey coach said, "jake, i need you to lose 20 lbs." Then the next day my football coach* said "jake i want you to gain 10 lbs." I realized i sucked at football, so I lost 20 lbs for hockey, liked the results, and have been addicted to eating healthy and working out ever since. It keeps me healthy, and in shape.

Pushing The Limits

Well the first week of my second transformation is over. I considered it my experiment week. I had things to tweak on my diet, and my workout as well. So starting tomorrow my workout and diet plan will be set, at least until may. School ends and I have to go home and work. I will also be going to a different gym so my diet and workout will have to be tweaked. Mini Transformation

Well, as it stands today I would say my progress has been decent. I made quite the transformation already. In high school I weighed 220 lbs, and life was not so great. So far I have lost nearly 80 lbs (I have gained muscle since being that low) and am very happy where I am today. However, I want my progress and results to improve and come quicker, which can be achieved as long as I stay disciplined, focused, and dedicated. kizmvp Im a bit more extreme than most people. i do cardio every morning. The type of cardio does vary. And i don't eat any carbs or fats after 2:00. this ensure that my body uses its stored fat for energy. Nov 29, 2009 6:00pm

thenaturalone Thanks alot for the encouragement bro. Yeh I've been suffering from parathyroid disease which is caused by a large tumor on one of my parathyroid glands. Luckily it's very treatable and after I have surgery in a coupl weeks I should be much better. I hope everything is going good with you. Have a great week! Sep 29, 2009 6:20am

thenaturalone Hey bud it's going good! Glad to hear your liking the USP Labs! As far as creatine goes, if you take creatine ethyl-ester you don't need to cycle it or load with it either plus it doesn't require sugars present for absorbtion. I will just do 3 grams per day prior to training. This creatine won't cause bloating either which is nice. Sep 4, 2009 9:32am
