I used to weigh 230 lbs, and got tired of being fat and out of shape. Plus being that big made me slow for hockey. Also, I have never had very many friends, i had skin problems, high blood pressure, no girls liked me, and life just was not that great. One day my hockey coach said, "jake, i need you to lose 20 lbs." Then the next day my football coach* said "jake i want you to gain 10 lbs." I realized i sucked at football, so I lost 20 lbs for hockey, liked the results, and have been addicted to eating healthy and working out ever since. It keeps me healthy, and in shape.
Why I Love It:
Great stress reliever, improve performance for hockey, general health, seeing results after putting in your blood sweat, and heart into it. Nothing is better than accomplishing your goals, for yourself and for others you love and respect.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just stay motivated, i guess it runs in your blood, im addicted for life.

I appreciate the encouragement..having been 230 once yourself, you know where I am temporarily at! Hope you reached your summer goals without injury! Steve
hey man ..i see your the transformation of the week congrats
i need some advice.
i would like to cut my bodyfat down from 17% to 10%..what is a good way to cut fat fast??
Much appreciated..still figuring out some stuff, but I have faith it'll "work out" and I'll start getting shredded.
Keep up the great work yourself, too!
Thanks alot for the encouragement bro. Yeh I've been suffering from parathyroid disease which is caused by a large tumor on one of my parathyroid glands. Luckily it's very treatable and after I have surgery in a coupl weeks I should be much better. I hope everything is going good with you. Have a great week!
Thats perfect bro, thats about how long mine last. My workouts are also very high intensity so dragging it out too long would just lead me to over-training and be counter-productive. Keep up the smart training!
Hey bud it's going good! Glad to hear your liking the USP Labs! As far as creatine goes, if you take creatine ethyl-ester you don't need to cycle it or load with it either plus it doesn't require sugars present for absorbtion. I will just do 3 grams per day prior to training. This creatine won't cause bloating either which is nice.
you are rockin it man! give yourself the credit you deserve. I may have you beat in numbers, but you got me on definition. i'd knock someone down a flight of stairs to get your kind of abs brother. stay motivated man.
that's incredible. and i know that journey well. i used to weigh 280! and had hair down to my shoulders. looked like a very bad meatloaf...LOL. i don't think i could carry a picture around for fear someone might see it.
you should be proud of your accomplishment. you're a rockstar now!
thanks for the shout out man. my brother in law was a big hockey player so i've heard. good luck bulking up--you've got an enviable lean core to build on. stay motivated!1
Well, I really don't think it's the Prime thats making you more irritable, I think alot of people in general are just getting more irritating and your getting tired of it like I am, LOL! People on this site are awesome though but people I deal with in person here day by day are just too much! I find myself struggling to not put some of people through walls! LOL!
