How I Started:
In High school i played sports(basketball, football, snowboard racing) so weight lifting was required for sports.
Why I Love It:
The constant battle to make further gains. the pumps after a workout and the soreness the days following.
How I Stay Motivated:
my desire to stay fit. my love for lifting.
