i lost like 4 kilos and some muscle cause i didnt eat anything for a week cause of the flu but trying to get back into it, yer ur definately progressing

take straight after ur workout with water, it says to take it everyday to maximise the affectiveness, i just started taking universal animal pak it has all the vitamins and mineral and glutamine and heaps of other good stuff in it i definately reccomend u give it a try to LOL. later wanker
