How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
8-10 because when I increase weight I decrease reps
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
30-45 secs, I get more accomplished with fewer seconds of rest
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Drink a Diet Turbo Tea and listen to my iPod!

Well I'm sure you're going to look great no matter what you do. Although for me personally I have found that I trim fat better when I still incorporate weight training but up my rep range and drop my rest period. My body reacts much better to that than traditional cardio.
