How I Started:
I have always been into fitness and especially lifting. In high school I loved knowing that I could outlift most guys in squats only being 110 lbs.It was an amazing feeling. I love working out so much and the feeling I get from it that I made it my career so I could change other peoples lives the way fitness did for me.
Why I Love It:
I love the competition training because of the dedication and the dicipline it takes to do it. I love the pump and the high i get from bodybuilding. It is more amazing than anything else you can do with your body!
How I Stay Motivated:
My wonderful husband keeps me motivated! He stays on me when I feel like Im gonna crash and keeps me going when I dont think I can go any further. Without him I could not do this. He is def. my support system.

Goal (Long):
I took stage July 12th and it being my first show, realized what I need to do for my next one. I have 17.5 weeks to gain about 5-10 lbs. of muscle and lose a lot more bodyfat. Is it gonna happen? I came in at 115 the day of the show. Was really flat on stage and needed to work on my abs a lot more. My main focus will be abs and ass! LOL. Wish me luck.
Well, one week down, 16 to go until my comp. I am sooooo sore! My whole body is pissed off at me right now but all I can do is ignore it. I have only 1 month to build some good size then try and maintain what I have gained and cut so I come in a lot leaner in November.
In-season Plan: I know its a lot but I have gotten good results from this plan.
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Shoulders/ Abs
Wednesday:Back/ Quads
Thursday:Hamstrings/ calves/ abs
Friday:Biceps/ Triceps
Saturday:Light shoulders and light legs
Sunday:OFF
True... Its a good show to take people to who've never seen one and who don't care who's with PR. Plus, CO judges still seem to favor hard and dry versus the softer look at the national level. We'll see... Court's looking at possibly doing a natural show early next year. We need to build up and even out her upper body first.
