I was never happy with my body... I was over weight, then I was skinny fat, then fat again... and always had 3 diffrent pants sizes in my closet. I think I tried starving myself, yo yo dieting... eveything. At one point I saw a fitness magazine and saw a figure pro on the cover... I joined a gym and so it all began....
Why I Love It:
to be honest.... I love the attention and the energy. It could be good attention or bad (iv'e had girls tell me i'm staring to look gross) it's all the same to me though, It reminds me that all my hard work is showing.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have to admit, I havent been staying motivated lately. Which is why i'm re-doing this page. Between school, working 2 jobs, and wanting to spend the very little free time I have with my boyfriend it's been sooo hard these past few months. I made a goal though today to start taking more progress pictures and really buckling down on my diet. I know that I have alot with my busy schedule going against me but i'm starting to look at it now as a challenge. I refuse to be another over weight american with the excuse "I'm to busy to work out" I WILL WIN THIS WAR!!!
BB Accomplishments:
none yet... key word... YET! I never do anything half ass. It might not be this year, maybe not even the next. but, I will promise you this..... I will be on that stage and I will walk away a winner in the future

Goal (Long):
After having pretty much every eating disorder on the planet and never being happy with my body... I am determined to lose 6% body fat while still being able to gain 10LBS of lean, hard muscle by the end of 2010. I want to step on that stage and leave a winner. I want my picture on a supplement ad. I WANT a body I can be proud of.... I WANT to adapt healthy lifestyle traits to pass on to my future kids. I WANT THIS LIFESTYLE!
