I started geting into fitness about 2 years ago. I would like to say I continued to grow with great results.. but that never happened. work and school took over play. well lets just say 6 months ago I couldnt stand it any longer & was haven some serious withdrawls. Even though I had a nice figure I wanted it BETTER! so here I am AGAIN but with a whole new attitude... joined a 24 hour gym. go after work 5 days a week. It feels great to be back lifting those weights.. cheers to a wonderful new lifestyle!

I use to be very athletic and healthy. Few years later I am still a size 2 but flabby and barely able to run for 5 minutes due to my smoking. I want to improve my cardio, heart rate, and gain some muscle so I can be SOLID not flabby!
Meal 1: 4 Eggwhites & 1 cup oatmeal
Meal 2: Skinless Chicken Breast & Veggies (non butter)
Meal 3: Protein Shake (whey)
Meal 4: 1 can of tuna (small amount of FAT FREE Mayo IF NEEDED) & Veggies

Monday- Chest- 3 sets -10,8,6 reps- Incline dumbbell press, flat bench dumbbell press. Pec Flys- May do some decline
