Switched up! Eating more and starting to fill out...changed up work out too. 6 days a week, 3 heavy 3 dnyamic
Goal (Long):
Trying like hell to get to 4.5% body fat. Kinda stuck at 7.5. Giving Keto a try for about 4 more weeks. Bought Lipo black but havnt cracked it yet. Fucothin and Green tea extract 3 times a day. We will see!!
Awesome workout today...8-6 reps of BB bench 5 sets, ending at 235lbs....KB chest press 53lbs 10 reps, 5 sets....parr push ups, reverse dips, and some dynamic band work for chest/delt.....light core, all in about 70min, shot instr video too for back lunge side press...good stuff
