My goals are to gain muscle mass, lose body fat, and just look good. I love to work out and I found my passion sometimes I slack off, but in the end the gains that I don't get on the outside will benifit my spirit. I am over motivated and I feel I cannot work out enough. My problem is that I don't eat enough food in general to get my nutritional requirements.
