zachparker hey sorry to get back to ****in 6 months later lol, anyways lately i take 1mr before workout, syntha 6 as protein before and after a workout and just throughout the day when i cant get a meal in. l-arginine(2 grams when i wake up, 2grams before workout and 2grams after, fish oil in the morning, universal stack bcaas in the morning and usually before bed, and anabolic halo after a workout. From what I've heard you might wanna bulk up alitte - Keep your Cardio solid, but don't be afraid to give your self a little insulation! they don't exactly serve Optium Whey for snack time in the military - likely to shed some lbs in Boot camp (However I've never had the honor to served, so anyone whom has please feel free to tell me I'm wrong) Nov 8, 2011 9:16pm

miniminim Cheers for the add mate. Stack some Animal Pak with your protein. Its a serious multi vitamin and mineral supplement. Protein in morning, before and after training. Creatine before and after training. Keep cardio to a minimum and don't forget to work your legs. Has given me some reasonable results. Good luck for your trip to miami! Sep 20, 2011 5:00pm

wtsall 5000+ calories a day :s but not for the past three days, i need the damn UPS guy to gimme my supplements (ON serious mass) i have sizeon creatine but i can't really use it. and some ON proetin but i'm just sticking with the mass gainer to gain because its been working, you got a nice chest and abs dude. but once my mass gainer gets here i'm knocking my cals up to 6,000 or just under taht.
