i started just because i use to get picked on.. no matter what i did i use to always get picked on from elementary school through out high school.my sophmore year in high school i told myself.. this is it im done beaing teased and picket on. i looked for any way i could find a answer to my solution. i found nothing. one day i looked in the mirror and looked at myself and said '' wow.. i never realized how skinny i am '' ad just after that it came to me. i should start working out. so i decided to one day go to a gym visit andsee what it was like. i knew right away that this was for me. after the first year i saw results in strengh and size. not only did people start to leave me alone but i made more friends.. with going to the gym i gained self confidence. it was not untill a year later i discovred the sport of bodybuilding. so i trained my butt off for the next year and said.. im ready to compete. ever since i have felt great and now i feel like i can take any challenge..

Aaw man, I'm sorry to hear that, I was looking forward to competing w. you again.. But listen to your body first. As for the photos just google them.. Infact the other day I found all the pics from the RI Show.
Sounds great man, definitly give me a call. I may be bussy, so if I don't pick up, either give me a number and time to call you back at, or try me again later.. I'll be up LATE tonight, so don't worry about what time.
u need to cut down as much as u can lol. until u have about 4 or 5% body fat. u should weigh in at about 138 pounds for ur average. competition prep is alot more complicated than you think.
HI Justin!! How's it goin' buddy?!! You are looking pretty good guy! Are you still into gymnastics? How's school? Keep up the hard work- it's really paying off :)
Tink
Your show is gymnastics right? Or are you talking about competing in a BB show? And 7 miles is a lot to me- it might not be a marathon but it's enough to eat up some muscle! So if you're still putting on LBM you're really doing very well :)
It is possible for some- not all. If you want to stop cutting while running you are going to have to drive your parents into debt with the grocery bill!! LOL Sounds like you're on track with your diet if you've gained 5 lbs of LBM- maybe more if you've lost fat- just eat more of the same- maybe up your complex carbs a little more- we all should have your problem!! Running is hard on gains so you're doing well :)
Hey Justin- been on vacation- no internet, sorry it took so long. I'm not sure what your problem is- you've gained 5#'s- great!! and getting more ripped- wonderful!! Not wanting to lose fat? Running is hard on gains so I think you're doing great- let me know what exactly it is you want help with.
haha hey, humm, you have a fast metabolism? if you do, just dont eat junk food, fast food, anything like that, and you should stay pretty lean! and still gain
You'll be the KING of the team!! LOL I'm sure you'll do great- you'll outdo all the girls- they'll all be jealous of what you can do! Trust me. Don't be nervous, just stay focused on your sport- you know, not a social thing, be about business! You'll be fine :)
