Started exercising regularly June 4th
I'm genuinely curious what my abs look like. :)
I still have a long way to go. But even though I'm not making visible changes as fast as I would like to, I am making consistent strength and endurance gains each week. I am increasing my lifts by 10lbs every two weeks and increasing my rep range from 5 to 10 to 20 within that time on the same amount of weight. I am jogging 2.5 miles every other day and will slowly increase the intensity with time. My goal right now is to lessen the fat covering my abs which I have learned is much easier said than done!
