Voodoo56 yo man, ur tall, but eat more, you need to eat at least twice average person to maintain then eat more than twice and u will gain weight srs i just wanna help u brah been skinny too and you need to drink lots of whole milk and do compounds do pullups, deadlifts, squats, rows dont do any isolations it uses too much time and energy, forget about ur arms for a while, gain on your thighs and back listen to me u will make progress very fast Apr 8, 2012 1:51pm

justinkaz Thank you! My lifting is increasing, I try to do the maximum I can possible do. Sometimes I must fall short of that to keep the right amount of reps for each set. Feb 16, 2012 1:18pm
