How I Started:
I always had an active life. Until 2000 I had an extremely bad dirt bike accident. Internal bleeding in my brain, ruptured organs, brain damage and hip damage. I was pronounced dead at one point but was resuscitated, air lifted to the hospital. 2 years i couldnt play sports due to the blood clot in my brain. So I started working out to strengthen my joints and muscles. less than 3 years later my father died and I started boxing as a release. 3 years after that I started competing in Muay Thai. I know train everyday in thai boxing exercises and weight training

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
My father had polio when he was a child and it affect his heart greatly, he tore his tricuspid valve in 1996 and had several open heart surgeries, I remember many Christmases in the hospital. He had a pacemaker put in, but he never let it slow him down, he played Junior B hockey through high school and continued to play pick up hockey and soft ball after his '96. He passed away playing baseball in 2003 and I he has made me and my family know to never let anything slow you down and you can make great achievements even with limited potential. To travel back to east Africa to build homes again, go through the Amazon and trek through the Andres and see the old Inca runes. To achieve enlightenment and spiritual peace.
