Ya I really like it up there. I was born and raised in SoCal but I might like Folsom a little better than down there. Its getting big fast! They even have an In n Out there now! Not good!

Im really trying to lean out but with the limited chices on food its kinda hard. What is one staple that would work well. I have tuna packs for my protien and protien shakes but my carbs are the hard part! What would you suggest?? Im gonna start taking Halotest 25 and what fat burner would you suggest? Let me know, your help would be great!

I get leave in late March and then we will be heading hame in October! Still got a while left but we have a lot of work to do before these people are self relient and can do things on their own!

Ya I know how that is! Its not bad over here! Since that new security aggrement on the 1st were starting to let the IA do more stuff on their own! Thats a sweet deal doing the VIP security! When do u get to go home??

So when and where r u deploying to? Anywhere in Iraq? I think they are building a Ritz-Carlton in Baghdad for the Airforce. Maybe you will get stationed there!!
