How I Started:
I was a wrestler and i wanted to get stronger so i would perform better on the mat. so after my sophmore season i started weight training.
Why I Love It:
The way my body looks and feels. Plus the reaction from the ladies!
How I Stay Motivated:
Surfing! Mental conditioning: always remind myself to stay on track.... and small t-shirts. lol

Hey so I only have one week until my trip to Miami Fla (South Beach Baby!). I'm so excited. I could really use the break. Me and my buds going to go pretty crazy out there.
All the training and dieting I've been doing has really payed off. I'm so ready to hit the beach! But I still need...

hey justin,just saw your fit status mate.sorry to hear that. sure you will get back into it soon.as for me,the job is making it tough to workout as much as i like but when i do lift,i lift intense! thurs/fri loads of work so maybe no lifting till sat,bloody rubbish mate but what can you do?
