Weightlifting was a big part of our sport. I started at about age 7 with compound exercises and have been lifting ever since. Seriously, since I was 12.
Why I Love It:
It helps me in sports and in all aspects of my live. It makes you better in every aspect of your life. It helps you focus, gives you drive, gives you the will to continue on were others would quit.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am addicted so motivation is not a problem.
"We don't set goals, we set standards, step up, or step off." (this should be on a t-shirt)
"Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever."
-Lance Armstrong
BB Accomplishments:
Benching 385 lbs once. Still haven't competed yet, had some bad injuries that have sidelined me off and on for the last 2 years, but I plan to compete in the future I work with a judge for the Canadian Bodybuilding Federation, so when he thinks I am ready I will compete :) Hope to hit 405 on bench this year.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
None, I want to be unique and I used to have a body better than most, also if you get to big you look stupid anyway :)

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Back, bicep, chest, abs, all torn muscles up to five weeks, I rested it to recover, all you can do really, and start back in easy.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Too heavy of a weight, bad form, and dumb variations of exercise, that and not knowing when to end your workout. I.e. biceps is a small muscle group don't train it for 3 hours a day 3 times a week.
Sounds like things are on track, keep it up! Spring is just around the corner! LOL :-) Thanks for the positive feedback! I had a PT (Vshape here) who helped me out recently but now training is on hold temporarily.
