Background

When I Started: Oct 1992
HOW I STARTED:

Weightlifting was a big part of our sport. I started at about age 7 with compound exercises and have been lifting ever since. Seriously, since I was 12. It helped me win multiple Canadian National Sprint Kayaking Championships throughout the years :)

WHY I LOVE IT:

It helps me in sports and in all aspects of my live. It makes you better in every aspect of your life. It helps you focus, gives you drive, gives you the will to continue on were others would quit. The best part is looking at a non-natural guy and yourself and knowing that you look almost the same, and that you did it with hard work and not illegal-drugs.

My Workout Program

I vary exercises each month to produce muscle shock and keep making gains. The only consistent thing is I starting training legs 2 days a week, becuase they just were not growing. I have already started to see good progress and sometimes use occulsion training to my legs at the end of the workouts to really get the blood flowing before I force feed my mucles with nutrients/food.

I usually perform workouts similar to layne norton. In that I like the powerlifting/hypertrophy approach and not just one or the other. So one month I will concentrate on a certain muscle group that looks weak, but do one workout of powerlifting routines, and one workout of hypertrophy routines in the week. So tendon/lig. strength vs. blood flow/pump, for each of the muscle groups, if say my chest and shoulders look fine, I put them on one day, and train them together, with a mixed power and hypertrophy in one workout method to say myself time in the week, but still main strength and fullness in the muscles.

As far as a program I pull from varies exercises that change from month to month. Never do, eat, or repeat the same thing to often, becuase your muscles will get used to it, or your body in the case of food/dieting.

After 5 months of injuries I am on the way back

Started training a month ago to try and reach my bf % after my injuries.  Going to try and get some workout videos and pics of training, but it is going to be a hassle to get the gym to let me do it lol.

Injury Delays Things Again

I haven't been able to do anything for the last month since I tore/strained my abdominals again. (soft tissue Damage) I feel like I have gained about 15 pounds, and since this is my second abdominal tear in less than 6 months I am a little worried about returning to early this time, especially since I tore the side, lower, and upper portions.  Looks like my 385 bench isn't going to reach up to 400 until the fall :( I have a long road ahead of me, and hopefully this time I will learn my lesson from t-bar rows :)

Cutting and muscle

The reps are starting to faulter, but the veins are starting to pop and the abs are starting to show through.  I also started on the complete muscle asylum stack, here is the deal: Arson working awesome so far, I can feel it and see the difference in 9 days of use Anabolic OD is perfect only 20 g of carbs only 9 from sugar and people at the gym have noticed mass inceases in me already Freak Fix is a great a little thick, but it is the best tasting next to muscle milk and most comparable to muscle milk I have used so far for keeping me anabolic Altered state, to early to tell it's full eff...
