How I Started:
A mini boot camp program at the gym that my friend introduced me to. I just got hooked to it and when the program was over I got my membership
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel good about myself, that pump and feeling is great.
How I Stay Motivated:
People criticizing me and pushing me to the limits.

Went from 19% bodyfat to 9% in less than a year and packed on some muscle as well.

I started lifting weights to lose weight, though found it useless but I just kept on lifting, and then I soon found out it can give me a better look. Though it doesnt matter anymore, I just want to gain all I can thats natural.

Dexter Jackson, proportioned and massive.
How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Most of the time in the 6-10 range. It gives me a combination of both strength and muscle hypertrophy
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
3-5 minutes. I rest until I feel like im ready for the next set
