did 105 dumbbells for 9 reps 2sets.. then did 120lbs for 7reps.. overall a good day for shoulders.. after i got done working out and drinking my protein i spotted my brother for a bit and there was 135lbs on the olympic bar so i curled it pretty easily so i know that the one rep max...
