My stepdad use to weightlift alot when he was younger, for about 20 years. Then he had a heart attack and quit. I worked out a little but usually only for about 2-3 weeks. Since the weights have been just sitting there, I have decided to put them to good use. And now my stepdad is starting to workout a little with me, and even got my mom and my younger brother to workout some.
Why I Love It:
I like to be in shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just remembering what i use to lift and my progress. My dad also because he sometimes workouts with me.
