How I Started: I got interested in working out primarily because if bb.com. I loved learning about health and that eventaully lead me there. I loved pushing myself and i loved getting stronger.
Why I Love It: I love getting stronger. I love experimenting with my body and learning what new things produce new results. I someday soon hope to surpass my best friend in strength, and become that guy that peoople guak at and say, D***, HE'S HUGE.
How I Stay Motivated: I stay motivated by trying new things and learning new things about health all the time. i talk to ppl contatly about health and how it amazes me everyday. i love getting new PR's and i try to set one every 3 months.
BB Accomplishments: i'm farly new to bodybuilding but i would have to say my best accomplishment is my newbie increase in squat where i went from 180 lbs to 295 in 9 weeks.
