Well i got grounded from my parents for 2 weeks, and we've always had a gym set in our garage, so one day i just decided to lift some weights and haven't stopped since.
Why I Love It:
The hardest part is getting yourself to work out, but once you finish a training session the burn in your muscles is the best feeling, and just knowing that you've helped your body get even better than it was before helps drive you to keep going.
How I Stay Motivated:
My friends help me stay motivated, seeing other people who have made gains.

this was one of my first photos i took. way before i was watching what i ate and when i ate.
seeing some good progress in my body now from when i first started.
i always been a "chubbier" type of kid, never really had a body that i liked to show off, i didnt even like taking my shirt of at the beach cause i was to conscious too. i want to get up too 160 pounds with around 8-10 percent body fat.
lol got an email telling me how i haven't written a blog in here for awhile. just been heaps busy with work and organizing my studies. but i have still been gyming it everyday with my partner and am still in my bulking phase. was able to have a mad chest workout today, still hurtin as i type...
Been a while Bro. Hows it going?. Finished my 2 week ghetto workout. What a remarkable difference. How are your workouts going? Nice new shots. You always got my back bro.
Calisthenics is going great. Got through week one as you can see the results. Week 2 starts on Monday. I will post pictures on Friday and maybe a video if I can get someone video for me. Kind of work alone..lol. Keep watching. BTW - Love this shot of you.
Hey Bro, I reviewed you tris in your pics. You are doing great good. Your triceps are huge and cutting nice. You are probably doing what I told you already. You can try what I gave you and see how it works. I got others ones too. Man you are dynamite. You are going to really be nice.
For some reason, my arms are the strongest part. Rope pull downs, v or staight bar pull downs, dips (regular or on machine), reverse dips with weight on your lap (25 lbs+). I usually do do supersets so I do tris and bis combe simultaneus. But if you isolate, still superset. Do one after the other with 30 seconds inbetween. Or do 2 in combo then the other 2. Do till exhaustion - 3-5 sets each. You will be screamin, but so pumped, you will be cursing me. Let me know how it goes.
