I LOVE THE FEELING AFTER YOU LIFT. IT FEELS LIKE YOUR DOING SOMETHING PRODUCTIVE, HEALTHY, AND ENERGIZING IN THIS MESSED UP WORLD.
Why I Love It:
BEING HEALTHY, BEING ALIVE, TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF, FEELS SO GOOD, GREAT TO MEET OTHER HEALTHY PEOPLE, It gives me a sense of accomplishment in my daily life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I DON'T....BUT THEN I MEET SOME DUDE THAT HAS PECS THE SIZE OF WATERMELONS AND I FEEL LIKE A Stick AND I GET Jealous AND I WANT TO BE BIGGER....Sad but True

thanks for the complement. I am looking for a lifting partner but i'm not in the chicago area right now, i'm currently finishing up college in the quad cities.
Nothing much, just trying to get swole... so far i went from 155 to 193 lbs right now, but im not even close to where i wanna be. but i guess somethin's working
