I want to drop about 20 to 30 lbs. Then I want to get shredded. I plan to work out no less than 4 times weekly or 3.5hours. With a sttrong focus on cardio and secondly resistance training. I plan to reach my 30lb goal in 3 months.

Everything's been pretty good. I'm just getting over sunday's training and well, about to go in a bit. The eating has been eh, kinda shoddy. I keep sneaking blueberries in. LOL, how about yourself though?

LMAO, I trained all weekened. In a few minutes I'm about to get my last session in before I have to call it a day and get back to my normal scheduled training routine. It was fun though.

My schedule is usually 1130am til 1:30 or evening 7:45pm til about 9:15...Just depends on the day but religiously i'm there Mon-Thurs & Saturdays at one of those times. What time do u hit it?

Thats about 2 lbs a week. Eh, that should be fun. I should say I'm trying the same thing but hell, I want it in 3 weeks. Highly improbably unless I had 100 lbs to lose to begin with. So sad. I've gotten addicted to this gym thing so I figure I'll wake up one morning like "dang, so it finally added all up." LMAO, thats what I'm looking forward to. Good luck with the next 7 weeks. I'll check up on you but of course, you should do the same.
