To get in shape, and live an all around healthier lifestyle
Goal (Long):
I want to drop about 20 to 30 lbs. Then I want to get shredded. I plan to work out no less than 4 times weekly or 3.5hours. With a sttrong focus on cardio and secondly resistance training. I plan to reach my 30lb goal in 3 months.
I'm focused on board and talking advantage of every day. I split my workouts up. Cadio in the morning and weight train in the evenings. I hope to see good results by july 4
Everything's been pretty good. I'm just getting over sunday's training and well, about to go in a bit. The eating has been eh, kinda shoddy. I keep sneaking blueberries in.

Sup bro! Yeah man everything is great just have this new regimen for the next 7 weeks, completed 1 week. Its a Beast, last week it broke me down but I got thru it & this week i'm more prepared! Whats good w/you?
LMAO, I trained all weekened. In a few minutes I'm about to get my last session in before I have to call it a day and get back to my normal scheduled training routine.
It was fun though.
My schedule is usually 1130am til 1:30 or evening 7:45pm til about 9:15...Just depends on the day but religiously i'm there Mon-Thurs & Saturdays at one of those times. What time do u hit it?
Thats about 2 lbs a week. Eh, that should be fun.
I should say I'm trying the same thing but hell, I want it in 3 weeks. Highly improbably unless I had 100 lbs to lose to begin with. So sad. I've gotten addicted to this gym thing so I figure I'll wake up one morning like "dang, so it finally added all up."
